Position Overview:
- The Digital Products & E-Channels Officer will support the E-Channels Team in managing, optimizing, and
innovating digital platforms. This role involves collaborating on new digital product ideas, ensuring the
seamless performance of current digital platforms, analyzing data for strategic insights, driving user growth
and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Channels Management:
- Platform Optimization:
- Support the management and optimization of the company’s website, mobile
app, client portal, and chatbot. - Ensure high performance, reliability, and user satisfaction across all platforms.

â–ª Regularly update and maintain digital platforms to keep them current and
effective.
â–ª Coordinate with IT and development teams to implement feature updates and
bug fixes.

- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather data on platform usage, traffic, churn rates, bounce rates, and other key
performance indicators. - Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor platform performance and
user behavior.

- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and analytics

- User Experience Improvement:
- Assist with harmonizing client support across the website, digital channels, and
social media. - Gather user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team and other in-house teams to implement
user experience enhancements.

- Required Skillsets:
• Technical Skills:
o Basic understanding of web and mobile app development processes.
o Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM
o Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on platform performance.
o Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is desirable.
o Knowledge of WordPress for web development and management.
o Familiarity with using AI tools for improving efficiency and user experience
o Proficiency with Google AdWords.
o Experience with email marketing automation.

• Work Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience post NYSC in digital product management, digital
marketing, web/app development, or a related field.
o Experience in managing digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, client portals) is highly
desirable.
o Prior experience in reporting and analytics, with a proven track record of using data to
drive decision-making.
o Experience in user acquisition and growth strategies is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field
